The successful candidate will work closely with and report to the Global Head of Leadership, Development & Coaching to identify training needs across our Group companies, to implement and manage effective training and development solutions which enhance employee performance and engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with and report to the Global Head of Leadership, Development & Coaching to identify training needs across our Group companies, to implement and manage effective training and development solutions which enhance employee performance and engagement. This role requires a highly organised candidate with a passion for continuous improvement and a strong understanding of learning and development best practices.\\n\\nJob Dimensions: \\n\\nThis is a hybrid role working from the Oxford office or out at one of our UK site 2-3 days per week.\\n\\nSome travel will be required for effective stakeholder engagement.\\n\\nThe role reports directly to the Global Head of Leadership, Development & Coaching.\\n\\nKey Accountabilities: \\n\\nThese will include:\\n\\n• Oversee the planning, management and evaluation of current and future leadership programmes including our Future Leaders Programme, on boarding Programmes and our Mentoring Programmes, to support employee growth and development.\\n\\n• Develop well designed learning programmes, mapped to skills & competencies: Create and maintain a learning programme that aligns with the company's skills and competency framework, resulting in clear plans with agreed deliverables, milestones, measures of success and impact.\\n\\n• Mandatory Training Compliance: Ensure all mandatory training requirements are met, and compliance is maintained across the organisation.\\n\\n• Certification and Qualification Compliance: Manage certification and qualification processes to ensure employees meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.\\n\\n• 360 Appraisal Management: Oversee and evaluate the 360 appraisal process, ensuring it is effectively implemented with processes that provide valuable feedback for employee development.\\n\\n• Learning Platform Management: Administer and manage learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning and Franklin Covey, ensuring they are effectively utilised to support employee development.\\n\\n• Learning Evaluation Analysis: Design of evaluation surveys following the Kirk Patrick model.
Conduct regular evaluations of learning programmes to assess their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Develop appropriate processes for obtaining thorough and timely feedback, for example by encouraging and reminding supervisors to provide continuous feedback on performance using appropriate tools.\\n\\n• L&D Data Analysis & Reporting: Analysing key L&D data and compiling reports for senior leaders.\\n\\n• E-learning Design: Support with designing eLearning using Articulate.\\n\\n• Policy & Process Design: Creating and maintaining policies and processes.\\n\\nQualifications, Knowledge, and Experience \\n\\nMinimum \\n\\n• CIPD Level 5 in Learning & Development\\n\\n• Proven experience in learning and development, with a focus on programme management.\\n\\n• Exceptional understanding of learning and development best practices and methodologies.\\n\\n• Excellent project management and organisational skills.\\n\\n• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\\n\\n• Excellent analytical skills to assess training needs and programme effectiveness.\\n\\n• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\\n\\n• Excellent service orientation, attention to detail, ability to manage several projects running concurrently, first class written and verbal communication skills.\\n\\n• Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software, using data from them to continuously evaluate and improve programme impact and experience.\\n\\nDesired Experience:\\n\\n• Oracle fusion Learning and Grow platforms.\\n\\n• Korn Ferry competency framework.\\n\\n• E-learning design using Articulate.\\n\\n• At least 5 years’ experience in previous learning and development assistant specialist or advisory roles, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing setting\\n\\nBehavioral Competencies\\n\\n• Data Collection and Analysis\\n\\n• Planning and Organising\\n\\n• LMS, E-learning and Computer Based Training\\n\\n• Tech Savvy \\n\\n• Collaborates\\n\\n• Communicates Effectively\\n\\n• Manages Complexity\\n\\n• Develops Talent\\n\\nDoes this sound interesting?
