Job Purpose: The role of Supply Chain Manager will support LEEVI business. This role is critical to ensuring material availability, cost efficiency, and operational excellence through strategic planning, supplier management, and effective use of ERP systems. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and Production to drive performance and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.
- Solid knowledge of supply chain and material management systems.
- Determine key supply chain KPIs with OTIF expectations exceeding 95%.
- Track supplier OTIF and drive continuous improvement.
- Be a decisive problem solver and decision maker.
- In-depth understanding of ERP systems.
- Train and evaluate others; work with the digitization team to implement SCM digitization tools for Industry 4.0.
Key Responsibilities β Strategic and Operations
- Strategic Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement a robust supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives. Define and monitor KPIs, including supplier OTIF (target >95%) and inventory accuracy. Lead digitization initiatives in collaboration with internal teams to support Industry 4.0 transformation.
- Operational Execution: Analyze material requirements planning (MRP) using D365 ERP to ensure timely procurement and inventory optimization. Provide accurate forecasts and purchase orders to suppliers; expedite shipments and coordinate logistics. Maintain optimal inventory levels, manage safety stock settings, and address slow/non-moving items. Ensure timely resolution of NCRs and MSRs with suppliers and communicate corrective actions to management. Manage ECN/ECR processes internally and with suppliers to ensure seamless product transitions.
- Supplier Relationship & Performance Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors through regular communication and performance reviews. Identify and address supplier performance issues; implement improvement plans to enhance OTIF. Establish effective communication channels to resolve daily operational challenges.
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead, train, and mentor supply chain personnel to build a high-performing team. Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Cost Control & Risk Management: Drive cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and process optimization. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through dual sourcing, forward buying, and contingency planning. Ensure compliance with sustainability targets and environmental impact considerations.
Qualifications, Knowledge, And Experience
- Bachelorβs degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in the switchgear industry.
- Strong expertise in ERP systems (preferably D365) and supply chain digitization tools.
- Proven track record in inventory optimization, supplier management, and cost control.
