The Role: We are looking for a highly organised, motivated and self-starting Production Executive/Manager with exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role within the jewellery industry and a proven track record of successfully managing production and supplier relationships.

As an experienced production professional, you will identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, recommend process enhancements and ensure the smooth flow of products from manufacturing through to fulfilment. This is a key position within the business, acting as the central communication hub between our manufacturing partners, sales channels and order fulfilment. You will play a critical role in ensuring stock moves efficiently through the business and ultimately ensures the timely delivery of sales. Experience with Cin7 and other inventory management systems is essential.

Direct reports: Stock Controller

Key Responsibilities: Your role will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Production: Act as the primary point of contact for all production-related activity.
  • Monitor weekly and monthly wholesale (WS) and direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales in collaboration with the merchandising team.
  • Place production orders with manufacturing partners based on budgets, stock levels and sales performance.
  • Oversee quality control (QC) for inbound stock, liaising with manufacturing partners to resolve quality issues and communicating any resulting delays to the WS and DTC teams.
  • Liaise with the e-commerce and communications teams to monitor stock levels and identify overstocked products requiring promotional support.
  • Manage the bespoke order logistics pipeline from production through to delivery.
  • Coordinate all internal product movements, including repairs, plating and engraving.
  • Establish catalogue product information and be responsible for sharing with the wider business across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor and update the critical path with all new product developments.
  • Communicate production updates, stock arrivals, manufacturing issues and new product developments across the wider business.
  • Ensure stock is delivered in line with key dates within the business’ critical path.
  • New Product Development: Support the Founder in managing the new product development pipeline, including product cataloguing, reporting and project coordination.
  • Stock Management: Monitor daily and weekly stock levels to ensure optimum inventory availability.
  • Manage and maintain the Cin7 inventory management system.
  • Oversee monthly stock takes and ensure meticulous accuracy.
  • Logistics: Manage and support the Stock Controller.
  • Oversee international shipping logistics, including shipping, carnets and insurance.
  • Maintain key relationships with logistics partners including DHL, FedEx and Malca-Amit.
  • Monitor in-transit stock and proactively resolve any shipping or customs issues.
  • Manage the procurement and distribution of packaging, visual merchandising materials and display props in line with product launches and brand guidelines.

Package: Three-month probation period, one month's notice period, 25 days' annual leave, plus Bank Holidays. This is a Monday–Friday office–based role.
