Lucy Cavendish College is seeking an experienced Deputy Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen and support the Sous Chef, Section Chef, Pastry Chef, and Head Chef.
You will manage the kitchen team, oversee food preparation and hygiene, and mentor staff. The role operates on a four-week rotating shift with daytime and some evening work, including one weekend in four, offering a balanced, supportive work environment.
