Lucy and Phil Limited is a growing professional cleaning company providing high quality end of tenancy cleaning, after builders cleaning, Airbnb turnover cleaning, and deep cleaning services for landlords, letting agents, developers, and private clients.
Due to increased demand, we are looking for reliable and experienced cleaners who take pride in delivering exceptional standards of cleanliness and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out end of tenancy cleaning to a professional standard
- Complete after builders cleans including dust removal and detailed finishes
- Perform Airbnb changeover cleans with attention to presentation and timing
- Deliver deep cleaning services across residential and commercial properties
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, floors, and surfaces thoroughly
- Follow company checklists and quality standards
- Work independently or as part of a team
- Represent the company professionally at all times
- Previous professional cleaning experience is essential
- Experience in end of tenancy or after builders cleaning preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required
- Right to work in the UK
- Own cleaning equipment is an advantage but not essential
- Access to transport is preferred
