Please Note: This role is full-time in the office for the first 8 weeks of onboarding then moves to hybrid, 2 days office and 3 from home. You must have a full drivers licence, as the office is difficult to get to via public transport and on occasion you will be required to travel to customer sites, not always accessible via public transport.

Lucronex are hiring on behalf of our client, an IT Managed Services Provider dedicated to delivering innovative technology solutions and exceptional service to a diverse customer base. As our client continues to grow, they are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to join their team in Stockport and play a vital role in the successful delivery of IT projects.
The Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will be the engine room of project delivery team. This is a dynamic role where you will bridge the gap between internal technical teams, external suppliers and valued customers. You will ensure that projects remain on track, budgets are monitored and stakeholders are kept informed. What You’ll Do
- Project Governance - Maintain and update comprehensive project plans, schedules and trackers to ensure every milestone is met.
- Reporting and Insights - Support project reporting by producing status updates, milestone reports, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies), and key performance metrics.
- Financial Administration - Support the financial health of projects through diligent tracking of Purchase Orders (POs), timesheets, and cost analysis.
- Stakeholder Coordination - Act as a central point of contact, effectively coordinating between suppliers, external customers and internal teams to build productive partnerships.
- Tool Management - Utilize project management software to maintain a single source of truth for all project data.
Essential Requirements
- Experience - At least 2 years of experience in a project coordination or support role, preferably within an IT or professional services environment.
- Communication - Exceptional ability to coordinate effectively between diverse stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
- Technical Proficiency - Hands-on experience working with project management tools such as MS Project, Monday, Jira or similar platforms.
- Analytical Skills - Proven ability to manage project documentation, including financial tracking and RAID logs.
- Organization - A high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- A foundational understanding of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
