This is a self-employed role with excellent commissions paid on all revenues generated.

Lucro is the only dedicated CRM solution designed specifically for micro and small businesses, enabling SMBs to manage their entire business from one simple, easy-to-use portal. As we continue to grow our user base and client offering, weโ€™re looking for experienced Partnership Consultants to drive growth through strategic, reciprocal B2B partnerships. These partnerships will either drive new users to Lucro &/or boost our service offering to Lucro\’s users.

Are you a natural connector with a track record of either building high-value B2B partnerships, or a very successful corporate sales career in SaaS, IT or similar?

About the Role:

  • Self-employed / commission-only โ€“ commissions paid from partnership revenues you create over 3 years!
  • Work with Lucro CRM (www.lucrocrm.com) โ€“ a dynamic early-stage SaaS company.
  • Build two-way B2B strategic partnerships with businesses that share our target audience.
  • Flexible hours โ€“ work when and where it suits you.
  • Huge potential to get in early and grow with the business.

Who You Should Know:

We\’re looking to partner with businesses and trade organisations in fintech, telecoms, accountancy, marketing, insurance and other complementary sectors who serve the same SME audience.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in creating reciprocal B2B partnerships or strong B2B sales record.
  • Strong network in sectors that align with Lucro\’s offering.
  • Experienced sales professional comfortable engaging at C-suite level.
  • Confident in opening doors and getting in front of decision-makers.
  • Able to work under their own initiative โ€“ create, pursue, and convert their own opportunities.
  • Capable of managing the full partnership process โ€“ from identification through to agreement.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and driven by results.
  • Strong IT skills – preferably through a successful sales career in SaaS, IT or similar industries.
