Lucky Saint On Trade Sales Executive – Brighton & South Coast
Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager - South
The Opportunity
We are looking for an On Trade Sales Executive to join the team at Lucky Saint as we continue our mission to become the defining alcohol‑free beer. In this role you will build exceptional relationships with our influential customer base, drive new business, and support the South team sales strategy, feeding into the wider on‑trade plan. We are a team who passionately care about the brand and maintaining exceptionally high standards at all touch points of the business. We’re interested in people who want to spearhead a revolution in the industry with us, who are curious, entrepreneurial, commercial and restless to make magic happen.
A day in the life in this role
Covering a key territory for us, you'll be spending your days working in the finest hospitality venues across your territory with focus on premium pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels and anywhere where Lucky Saint will sell well across Brighton & the South Coast. Your day will start with clearing your task lists and inbox as well as catching up on the previous day's admin. Then you might set about getting your route planning down using our CRM platform. With chilled beers packed you’ll then head out into trade to meet some existing customers and potential new business. Over lunch you might meet with a wholesale sales rep to share data and insights before carrying on with an afternoon of meetings with customer check‑ins and draught quality checks. And along the way you’ll build staff advocacy, train bar teams and prospect new accounts. To see out the day you might stop off in a pub with a pint of Lucky Saint while you wrap up any actions from the day's work before hosting a Lucky Saint sponsored activation.

Key responsibilities
- Deliver the company’s sales and profit targets for the On‑Trade channel as part of the South On Trade team, focused specifically on Brighton & South Coast
- Maximise distribution of draught and packaged beer via key relationships with all relevant On‑Trade customers & wholesalers
- Manage, nurture and grow an existing portfolio of Lucky Saint customers
- Build relationships with prospective customers, growing our customer base and distribution with the absolute best venues throughout Brighton & the South Coast
- Deliver brilliant category and customer activation plans to drive customer engagement and rate of sale
- Support and assist on a tiered targeting team strategy for securing key accounts
- Continually develop an understanding of both the beer and non‑alcoholic category with a focus on a data‑driven approach to sales
- Feedback fantastic insight to the business and deliver business performance course‑correcting where needed
- Effectively maintain an up‑to‑date CRM and other essential administration
