The On Trade National Account Manager plays a key role in driving Lucky Saint’s growth across the UK hospitality sector. You will be responsible for winning, managing, and growing key national on-trade customers, expanding distribution, increasing rate of sale, and building long-term commercial partnerships. This role combines strategic account development with hands-on execution across listings, visibility, and activation.

A day in the life in this role involves leading relationships with some of the UK’s most important hospitality groups, balancing strategic planning with execution. One day might involve negotiating a national listing or commercial agreement; the next, analysing performance data to unlock growth opportunities or collaborating with marketing on a customer activation. You’ll regularly engage with key decision-makers, wholesalers, and route-to-market partners, ensuring Lucky Saint is visible, well-positioned, and performing strongly across accounts. Alongside this, you’ll deliver training, activations, and ongoing support to customers, bringing the brand to life at a group level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Lucky Saint’s sales and profit targets within the On-Trade National Channel
  • Win, manage, and grow national on-trade accounts, securing new listings across draught and packaged SKUs
  • Develop and execute national account plans to drive distribution, visibility, and rate of sale
  • Negotiate commercial agreements including contracts, pricing, and activations
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry partners
  • Deliver customer engagement including training, activations, and ongoing support
  • Analyse account performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting on performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful customer campaigns and activations
Who you are:
  • Proven experience with national On-Trade customers
  • Strong network across national hospitality groups
  • Track record of growing distribution and rate of sale
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating contracts and pricing
  • Confident relationship builder, able to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience developing and executing account plans
  • Data-driven, comfortable analysing performance and using insights to improve results
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Passion for hospitality and the no & low alcohol category
  • Experience working with wholesalers or route-to-market partners
  • Experience delivering group-level activations or training programmes
