We are looking for a National Account Executive to join the team at Lucky Saint as we continue our mission to become the defining alcohol‑free beer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in commercial sales within one of the UK's fastest‑growing drinks brands. Working closely with our National Account lead and strategic account manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting some of the most influential pub, bar, restaurant and hospitality groups in the country, helping to drive growth, visibility and execution across our national customer base.

A Day in the Life: No two days will look exactly the same. You might spend the morning supporting a national customer activation, helping prepare materials for a customer pitch, before heading out into trade to visit venues and ensure Lucky Saint is being executed brilliantly in market. You’ll work closely with our National Account Managers, supporting key customer relationships and helping deliver projects that drive growth across some of the UK's most important hospitality groups. Some days will focus on field execution, venue visits and activation support, while others will involve customer research, commercial analysis, event planning and project coordination. You’ll become a key part of the National Accounts team, helping ensure Lucky Saint consistently delivers best‑in‑class execution whilst identifying opportunities to grow distribution, visibility and rate of sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support National Account lead and strategic account manager with the delivery of key customer plans and commercial objectives.
- Assist with customer pitch preparation, presentations and market research.
- Conduct pricing and competitor analysis to support commercial decision‑making.
- Identify opportunities to improve distribution, visibility and performance across national customers.
- Support sales initiatives, blitz days and other projects designed to drive growth.
- Visit venues to ensure Lucky Saint is being executed to the highest standards.
- Conduct regular check‑ins on draught and packaged listings, ensuring agreed activations and visibility are in place.
- Support national rollout projects and new listing launches.
- Help deliver customer events, activations and hospitality experiences that bring the brand to life.
- Track and report on key performance indicators across national accounts.
- Develop relationships with venue teams and customer contacts across the hospitality industry.
- Support customer training sessions and sales days.
- Assist with customer gifting, sampling and incentive programmes.
- Become a trusted and enthusiastic ambassador for the Lucky Saint brand.
- Support the planning and delivery of activation projects and national initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure successful execution.
- Maintain accurate records, reporting and customer information across internal systems.
- Support invoicing, supplier set‑up processes and activation tracking.
- Ensure all administration is completed accurately and on time.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years’ experience in a FMCG / Drinks‑related business (or any relevant branded FMCG business selling into the on trade / hospitality).
- Experience in hospitality / on‑trade channel.
- Experience in a sales, account management, customer marketing, trade marketing, field sales or activation role.
- Experience supporting customer relationships, activations or commercial projects.
- Strong organisational, communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to travel regularly and attend occasional customer events.
