We are looking for two On-Trade Activators to join the team at Lucky Saint as we continue our mission to become the defining alcohol-free beer. In this role you will build exceptional relationships with our influential customer base, working with their teams to ensure Lucky Saint is looking great on tap and in the fridges, selling well and bringing the brand to life in outlets with exciting brand activity, all feeding into the wider on-trade plan.

A day in the life in this role: Covering a patch of London, you’ll spend your time across premium pubs, bars and restaurants where Lucky Saint is stocked on draught and in fridge. Your day might involve draught quality check-ins, staff training, route planning, setting up a sampling event or leading a customer activation. You’ll work closely with our Sales & Account Managers to ensure every venue has the tools, knowledge and support needed to make Lucky Saint the most loved alcohol-free beer brand behind the bar.

Some days will be spent building relationships with venue teams and operators, while others could involve hosting events, supporting launches or creating memorable consumer experiences in trade. You’ll become a trusted face of the Lucky Saint brand across your territory, building strong relationships and helping grow visibility, advocacy and rate of sale in venue.

Salary: £32k

Key responsibilities:

  • Bring the brand to life: Deliver innovative activations, tastings and sampling experiences that recruit new Lucky Saint drinkers and grow our fan base across London hospitality.
  • Champion draught quality: Visit draught accounts regularly to ensure Lucky Saint is pouring perfectly, tasting great and looking exceptional in venue.
  • Build strong relationships: Become trusted partner to bar managers, venue teams and operators, while building a strong network across London hospitality and becoming a recognisable face of the Lucky Saint brand in trade.
  • Train and educate: Help hospitality teams understand the alcohol-free category, the Lucky Saint story and our beers, building advocacy and confidence within venues.
  • Deliver brilliant execution: Ensure activations, POS and venue execution consistently meet Lucky Saint’s brand standards.
  • Collaborate across the business: Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Events teams to deliver best-in-class activation and execution across your territory.
