We’re The Lucky Saint. A modern, neighbourhood pub in the heart of Marylebone serving great beer, warm hospitality, and now - a brand new menu built around simple, delicious, seasonal food.

We’re adding to our kitchen team, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of building something special. This role is not a back-of-house slog. It’s a hands-on, craft-focused position working closely with our leadership to prep, plate, and run our lunch and early-evening food offer. If you love good food, take pride in consistency, and enjoy being part of a team where everyone looks after each other - we’d love to meet you.

The Role

  • Part-time, 20–26 hours/week - Tuesday to Saturday
  • You’ll run our lunch service (simple, beautiful plates)
  • Do prep to set the kitchen up for the evening service
  • Support the Kitchen Lead with mise en place and organisation
  • Help keep the kitchen clean, calm, and well-run
  • Take ownership of quality, taste, and detail

No late finishes. No shouting kitchens. A professional, friendly, supportive team.

Who This Would Suit

  • Someone who enjoys cooking and cares about flavour
  • Maybe you’ve worked BOH or FOH and want to grow your kitchen skills
  • Or you’re already confident in prep & plating, but want a better culture
  • You like working daytime hours
  • You want to be part of a small, close-knit team where your contribution is actually seen

If you’re reliable, kind, and take pride in doing things well - you’ll thrive here.

What We Offer

  • £14.50–£15 per hour depending on experience
  • Daytime-focused hours
  • Staff food & drink
  • A calm kitchen with respect at its core
  • Real development into a Kitchen Lead/Chef role if you want it
  • Being part of a growing brand with big ambition, done the right way
