In this role you will be supporting the UK & Ireland Sales Director to deliver against the Lucky Saint Off Trade strategy. We are interested in people who want to spearhead a revolution in the industry with us, who are curious, entrepreneurial, commercial, and restless to make magic happen.

A day in the life in this role: The brilliant and thrilling part of Lucky Saint is that no day is the same. You’ll have a balance of internal meetings, like our weekly company-wide meeting; catch ups with our team and cross functions, such as trade marketing, finance and supply & ops; as well as time to analyse numbers, adjust forecasts and manage investment. Beyond the admin, you’ll deliver clear and consistent communication with retailers. This will involve keeping them up to date on any opportunities from their side while bringing great ideas and activation plans to them as already agreed in our JBPs or as part of driving growth via ad hoc trading plans. You will feedback any updates internally in real time to generously keep the team and cross functions looped in so they can apply these updates on their side. You’ll be operating with a high degree of autonomy which means that while your line manager is always available for support, guidance, and collaboration, you feel the freedom to make decisions at speed that always drive sustainable growth for Lucky Saint. Beyond this you spend your time supporting your Off-Trade team and wider cross functions who are keen to learn from your insight and experience to help themselves develop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend industry events, trade shows and conferences, keeping informed about the latest developments in the industry, market trends and competitor activity
  • Continually develop your understanding of the beer and non-alcoholic beverage category
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to contribute valuable insights and support into channel marketing and customer needs
  • Regularly conduct store visits and report back findings to the business to shape strategy, trade marketing and activations
  • Live the Lucky Saint Values & Mantras with authenticity
  • Have a clear knowledge of all relevant functions you interact with and their goals, and where appropriate lean in to support
  • Communicate clearly with the Lucky Saint team using data and insight
  • Support the UK & Ireland Head of Grocery with preparing pitches for new retail opportunities.
  • Develop junior members of the team through role modelling and mentorship and sharing your knowledge and experience.

Who you are:
