Since launching in 2018, Lucky Saint has become the UK’s number one dedicated alcohol-free beer, built category-leading brand love and delivered award-winning campaigns across DTC, retail and hospitality. This is a unique opportunity to join the team and help take the brand to the next level.
This isn’t a "manage the brand” role — it’s a build the brand role. Empowered to come up with and deliver your own creative ideas, not just briefing agencies - just look at our latest partnership with Lime Bikes.

- Gaining omnichannel experience, working with DTC, on and off-trade teams to drive real commercial impact
- Helping evolve our strategy from seasonal to year-round growth
- High-profile campaigns (including Dry January and beyond)
You’ll spend your time bringing the Lucky Saint brand to life — from shaping campaigns and creative, to planning activations and partnerships. You’ll work closely with trade and DTC teams to ensure everything we do drives awareness, trial and growth, while continually reviewing performance and refining what’s working. You’ll meet with the team at our offices above The Lucky Saint pub in Marylebone, or work from home when you need to, up to two days a week.
- Delivering integrated campaigns across digital, social, creators and experiential
- Leading and developing social, influencer and events team
- Managing digital media investment and optimising performance
- Working cross-functionally to ensure brand drives commercial impact
6–8 years’ experience in brand/marketing roles
- Experience in challenger or high-growth brands (ideally FMCG)
- Experience across digital, social and creators
- Commercial mindset with understanding of how brand drives growth
A brand with real cultural momentum and headroom for growth. Ownership beyond a typical Senior Brand Manager role. Competitive salary + bonus (details will be shared with you), 25 days holiday, pension, flexible working (office based, hybrid 3 days a week), monthly Lucky Saint allowance.
