Lucky Saint – Key Account Manager, London On Trade
The opportunity:
We’re looking for a Key Account Manager who will foster and build exceptional relationships
Colicci, Public House Group, Blacklock, and more.
In this role you will drive new business, secure commercial partnerships, and plan and execute
activations with customers.
You’ll need to be able balance strategic thinking with diving into the detail and being hands on
when needed. Your accounts are among the most influential in the UK and you will be expected to build cross-functional relationships across their businesses that deliver for both Lucky Saint and the customer.

Our founder, Luke Boase, launched Lucky Saint in late 2018 with an ambition to change the
perception of alcohol-free beer and the drinking experience, worldwide. Since the launch of our
0.5% Superior Unfiltered Lager, Lucky Saint has received widespread attention from top industry
professionals, the UK’s best operators, and the media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver : the company’s sales and profit KPI\’s for the On-Trade channel in London through your growing, securing, and activating across your customer base
- Distribution : develop cast-iron relationships with all relevant On Trade wholesalers, their sales teams, and their decision makers to create a sales strategy driven to influence
- Account Management : nurture and grow an existing portfolio of Lucky Saint customers through providing industry leading account management and grow rate of sale through true collaboration
- Business Development : build relationships with prospective customers, growing our customer base and distribution with the absolute best multiple operators throughout London
- Strategy : Own your own demand forecast, working collaboratively with the operations team to ensure our supply is in line with demand
- Expertise : Continually develop your understanding of both the beer and non-alcoholic category with a focus on a data driven approach to sales
- Be Generous : You will feedback fantastic insight to the business and deliver business performance course-correcting where needed as well as provide support and guidance to our brilliant Sales Executives
Who you are:
- Minimum 2-3 years-experience in FMCG On Trade focussed sales / account management
- Knowledge of (passion for) the London hospitality industry
- A growth mindset – continued effort and action for the win
- You take ownership of your work from end to end
- Show curiosity to learn and discover
- Demonstrate tenacity and the ability to bounce forward from the unexpected
- Love the devil in the detail and thrive from sweating the small stuff
- You enjoy using technology and data to improve and streamline your work
