We are a team who passionately care about the brand and maintaining exceptionally high standards at all touch points of the business. We’re interested in people who want to spearhead a revolution in the industry with us, who are curious, entrepreneurial, commercial and restless to make magic happen.
A Day in the Life:
- You could start your day looking through the performance of the content you had posted on socials over the last few weeks, pulling a report together with key learnings and insights to present to your manager.
- You then may attend a full team marketing meeting where you would lead a brainstorm on the organic social media launch plan for our Dry January Campaign.
- There then might be a power hour where you focus on copy writing the captions for some key social posts that are in the social media calendar and share an Asana task with the Senior Brand Manager to approve them.
- You then may head out to some of our most premium pub customers, including The Pelican and The Hero, and shoot their pub and our beer on draught for an Instagram reel and TikTok content.
- You might then attend one of our run clubs hosted at our own pub, The Lucky Saint, and shoot some content for our stories and of our key influencer attendees to post a wrap‑up carousel and stories of the event.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy, Planning and Reporting
- Set and track key performance indicators for all our social media channels, aligning with our Marketing.
- Build and adapt our social media and content strategy using insights, reporting and social trends.
- Manage the social calendar, ensuring our plans support our brand campaigns and key calendar moments.
- Lead LinkedIn strategy for the brand, Founder and MD, creating engaging, timely posts.
- Work with the Head of Creative to brief and plan larger shoots for paid and organic content.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing and on‑trade teams to create content that supports all channels.
- Upskill the team to capture great content and represent the brand in daily moments.
- Regularly review social and content performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
- Content Creation
- Create a distinct and recognisable Lucky Saint social style across all channels.
- Shoot and edit high‑quality content using DSLR and iPhone.
- Produce engaging video, photo and design content for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Use Canva and editing tools such as Adobe CC to design and refine visuals.
- Direct shoots and work with creative and paid teams to ensure high‑quality output.
- Influencer, Community and Events
- Support influencer partnerships and integrate creators and ambassadors into the social calendar.
- Report on collaborations and performance metrics.
- Stay close to our online community, using feedback and engagement to inform content.
- Capture live and long‑form content at key brand, customer and influencer events.
- Plan and coordinate content opportunities with the events team to maximise visibility.
- Step in on community management when needed to maintain fast, authentic engagement.
Who You Are:
- 3‑5 years’ experience—either in‑house or agency‑side—within social media and content creation.
- Ideally experience with building premium lifestyle brands rather than just chasing virality.
- A social media expert – someone who lives and breathes social and is always in the know when it comes to online trends, emerging influencers, and cultural conversations.
- A creative, confident and skilled content creator – skilled at shooting stills and video content using both iPhone and DSLR and editing content using editing platforms. A passion for AI and upcoming content creation trends is also a benefit.
- A proven copywriter – skilled at adopting a brand’s tone of voice and using it to build engaging captions and content for our social media channels.
- Adaptable and enthusiastic, with a proactive mindset and excitement about joining a fast‑growing brand.
- A Growth Mindset – eager to take initiative and seek out learning and growth opportunities independently.
- Passionate about brand‑building and understands the long‑term value of shaping perception through every interaction online.
