Lucky Egg is the UK’s fastest-growing party games company. We’ve been named among the fastest founder-led startups in the UK, with more than 1 billion views online. Our games are played by millions worldwide and spark joy, laughter, and connection. We move fast, think big, and relentlessly pursue bold ideas that reshape the way people play.

We’re looking for a PPC & Trade Associate to join our London team. The role is 50% PPC management and 50% driving SKU level performance via other trade levers (price, deals, creative optimisation, SEO, etc.). This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong technical Amazon PPC background who wants to expand responsibility beyond PPC. This is an office-based role (4 days per week) in our central London office.

You will be in the weeds of our SKU-level performance, bringing our advertising and on-platform strategy to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Full-Funnel Ad Management: Own the PPC strategy and implementation across Amazon and new platforms, including testing tools like DSP.
  • Trade Experimentation: Create and own our trade experimentation process across all our marketplaces. This includes SEO, pricing, deals and more.
  • End-to-end Execution: Manage our sponsored video generation process and execute high-impact deal events and product launches.
  • Deep-Dive Optimisation: Monitor keyword ranks, data, and SKU performance daily to ensure we are winning on-platform.
  • Research & Test: Research competitors and best practices from other industries to inspire continuous improvement in our on-platform performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Data-Driven: You are driven by data, have tested different PPC tools to find your preferred one, and are excited to dive into SQP and AMC data.
  • Strong technical Amazon PPC Experience: You have experimented with all the campaigns you possibly can, managed different geographies (including EU) and have a solid performance track record.
  • Seasonal Brand Experience: You have managed a brand with heavy Q4 seasonality.
  • The “Scientist” Mindset: You are constantly testing new hypotheses, learning, and improving 1% every day.
  • Strong Communicator: You understand the “why” behind what you’re doing and can explain it clearly to the rest of the team.
  • Demonstrable AI skills: Whether it is something you have built, improved, or fixed, you have used AI to make an impact.
  • Experience managing brands with high levels of branded traffic.
  • Experience with DSP or TikTok Shop.

Benefits include: competitive salary (depending on experience), 25 days’ holiday per year, plus bank holidays, central Soho office, fully stocked kitchens & fridges, free selection of our games each year, regular team socials (including a summer sports day), and a pension scheme to support your future plans.
