Join the Team
We’re looking for a Marketplace Operations Associate to join our London team. This is a foundational role at the core of our marketplace business. You will take on the majority of daily operational tasks in managing our marketplace accounts (Amazon, TikTok & Walmart) while proactively finding ways to automate existing processes and build new ones. As the company scales, so will your responsibilities. This is an office-based role (4 days per week) in our central London office.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own Day-to-Day Account Operations: Take full ownership of daily marketplace operations, including listing and account health, managing account managers and contractors, reviewing trade performance and inventory health.
- Own Key Internal Processes: Own and continuously improve key revenue-driving internal processes such as product launches.
- Drive Efficiency and Automation: Audit and build internal marketplace processes to find automation gains, your goal is to significantly reduce the time spent on manual tasks.
- Build New Processes: Continuously build out our SOP library and create processes that make us better and more efficient.
- Reporting & Insights: Ensure the wider team has a pulse on performance by building, improving and sharing reporting of relevant metrics.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Sense of Ownership: You own key metrics across the business, and you don’t wait for instructions to fix something when it goes wrong.
- Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable with analysing and managing data. You know your way around spreadsheets and are able to pick up new tools quickly.
- A System and Process Person: You find it exciting to improve and automate processes.
- Move Fast and Think Big: You are inclined to action rather than wait, and excited to test out-of-the-box ideas.
- Demonstrable AI skills: Whether it is something you have built, improved or fixed, you are using AI to make an impact.
- Experience managing an Amazon Seller Central account.
- Experience scaling important internal processes and building new ones from scratch.
£30,000–£45,000 salary (depending on experience). 25 days’ holiday per year, plus bank holidays. Central Soho office, close to major transport links. Fully stocked kitchens & fridges.
