Join the Team

We’re looking for a proactive, strategic, and driven Marketplace Growth Associate to join our London team.

Location

This is an office-based role (4 days per week) in our central London office.

Impact

This is a high-impact, high-growth position — you’ll work directly with our Head of Marketplace to accelerate our global marketplace expansion and take ownership of key strategic processes in the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Help deliver Lucky Egg’s growth in new Amazon geographies and drive additional marketplace expansions (e.g. eBay, Mercado Libre, etc.).
  • Own the product launch process from end to end — ensuring smooth coordination between creative, operations, and marketplace teams.
  • Take on and initiate ad-hoc strategic growth projects, such as researching ways to optimise our marketplace presence for AI search, automating internal processes, and driving other key strategic initiatives.
  • Support ongoing management and improvement of our marketplace listings and accounts.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • We’re more interested in your skills and attributes than years of experience. 0–2 years’ experience in eCommerce, marketplace management, or a similar commercial role is a plus but not required.
  • Strong sense of ownership — you can take on a process and make it better.
  • Highly proactive with a strong level of initiative — this is a growth role, and we want someone who can spot and execute on new opportunities.
  • Curious to learn — you dive into tasks, find the best way to do them, and execute efficiently.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Analytical and commercially minded — you understand the “why” behind what you’re doing and can explain it clearly.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central or other marketplace platforms.
  • Experience owning and improving important internal processes.
  • Interest in board games, digital commerce, or growth strategy.
