We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media & Community Manager to manage and grow our organic presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), and more. You\’ll be responsible for creating and scheduling content, responding to comments and DMs, engaging with our audience, and supporting influencer and brand collaborations.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands trends and engagement strategies, and enjoys building a strong online community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Scheduling & Posting Plan, create, and schedule engaging organic posts across all social platforms in line with brand voice and calendar.
- Community Management Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and tags across platforms. Engage in real-time with the community to build trust and loyalty.
- Influencer & Brand Collaborations Research, reach out to, and manage relationships with micro and macro influencers. Coordinate giveaways, reposts, and brand features.
- Engagement & Growth Actively engage with users, hashtags, and communities to boost visibility and organic reach. Use platform insights to optimize timing and content strategy.
- Performance Monitoring Track engagement metrics, community growth, and content performance. Provide regular reports and insights for improvement.
- Trend Spotting Stay on top of social trends, challenges, memes, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience managing social media for brands or public figures
- Strong understanding of organic growth strategies
- Excellent written communication and grammar
- Eye for visual aesthetics, tone, and brand alignment
- Experience using tools like Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite
- Ability to multitask and adapt to platform updates and trends
- Bonus: Canva, basic video editing, or influencer outreach experience
