Job Overview

We\’re looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and optimising our online marketing efforts. You will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement, improving brand awareness, and contributing to the overall success of our campaigns. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data will be key to enhancing performance and ensuring data‑driven decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Manage and update content across company websites and social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Support the development and implementation of data‑driven marketing strategies by leveraging tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing graphics and content for social media posts and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimisation.
  • Maintain and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Assist in managing online customer interactions and community engagement.
  • Support in creating dashboards or reports to visualise data trends and track campaign success.
  • Handle administrative tasks and other marketing activities as needed.

Requirements

  • A degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and campaign analysis.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics, Excel, or other data analysis tools to measure performance.
  • Basic understanding of data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A creative mindset and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
