What you do as a Sous Chef:
- You will support the Head Chef in managing the day-to-day operation of the kitchen whilst leading, training, and developing the team.
- You will ensure the highest standards of food preparation and delivery, as well as effective communication across all sections of the kitchen.
- You are passionate about delivering high quality, seasonal food.
