Lucky Beans Childcare is seeking a Baby Room Leader for our Norbury nursery. This full-time, on-site role leads the baby room team to deliver safe, nurturing care and developmentally appropriate routines for infants.
You will plan age-appropriate activities, document observations, coordinate staff schedules, mentor colleagues, and maintain safeguarding and health-and-safety standards, while building strong relationships with families alongside the Nursery Manager.
