Core Mission
As the “growth engine” for Luckin Coffee’s Singapore market, you will deeply understand the local market and user behavior, bridging localization gaps in business execution. Through consumer insights, localized marketing strategies, and high-conversion copywriting, you will drive growth in transacting users and overall revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor trends in Singapore’s coffee/tea and O2O platforms (e.g., Grab, Foodpanda).
- Conduct in-depth research on local consumer behavior and produce actionable insights and reports.
- Define and refine target user personas in Singapore.
- Provide localized inputs to HQ strategies to improve average order value and cross-selling performance.
- Optimize end-to-end user touchpoints including app push notifications, community channels (WhatsApp/Telegram), email marketing, and in-store materials.
- Leverage local trends to drive higher click-through and conversion rates.
- Work closely with HQ to plan and execute localized acquisition (referral programs) and retention campaigns.
- Explore and develop high-ROI local partnerships and channels.
Requirements
- Min 1 year of hands-on experience in user growth or digital marketing within Singapore, preferably in tech (O2O/e-commerce), FMCG, or chain F&B industries.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s culture and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional English copywriting skills (including Singlish nuances) with a proven ability to create high-converting marketing content.
- Proficient in funnel analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
- Able to identify conversion bottlenecks through data and iterate strategies quickly.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese for business communication.
- Able to translate HQ strategies into effective local execution seamlessly.
- Highly self-driven with a hands-on approach.
- Willing to be on the ground, gather real user feedback, and continuously refine strategies.
