Making preventive health the default for every human in Europe.
The mission: At Lucis, we believe healthcare should be preventive, not reactive. We are building the OS for human longevity to help people add more healthy years to their lives.
The role: We are looking for an event & community manager who wants to build something, not just run events, but create the physical heartbeat of a health movement.
What you will own:
- Event strategy and execution: owned events, partner events (Hyrox, Ironman) activations, pop-ups, brand experiences
- Community building: online and offline, ambassadors, member programs
- Merch coordination, booth setup, vendor management — all of it
- Event-driven acquisition: knowing not just how many people came, but how many converted
The playbook we will replicate across Europe.
What good looks like:
- 6+ events in 6 months (owned + partner)
- Event CAC ≤ €50 — below our paid channels
- 1,000+ engaged community members
- 50+ active brand ambassadors
- A documented event playbook ready for the next market
About You: What we are looking for:
- You have produced events with 100+ attendees — and you have handled the logistics, not just the vision
- You genuinely care about community: you know why people form them, and how to keep them alive
- You are at home in health, wellness, and fitness culture — you understand HYROX, you go to events like these yourself
- You can connect events to business outcomes — not just 'awareness' but conversion, CAC, and LTV
- You are willing to set up a booth, coordinate merch deliveries, and make 10 vendor calls
Nice to have:
- Experience with fitness communities (HYROX, CrossFit, running clubs)
- Experience building ambassador programs
- Network in Paris health/wellness/fitness scene
- Budget management experience
