Location: Gateshead (Hybrid - 3 days per week in-office)
Full-Time | Monday Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm

No previous experience needed just strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Full training provided.

What Youll Be Doing: As a Trainee QC Technician, youll be responsible for checking asbestos survey reports to make sure theyre accurate, clearly written, and meet all the necessary standards. Youll receive full support and structured training, including the BOHS P402 qualification fully funded by Lucion.
Key Responsibilities
- Review survey reports and documentation for accuracy, formatting, grammar and terminology
- Work with internal teams to resolve any errors or unclear information
- Upload data to client portals and asbestos management systems
- Maintain internal trackers and follow set procedures
- Support the team in meeting deadlines and quality targetsLearn new skills and gradually take on more responsibility
- GCSEs or equivalent
