At Lucion Survey, we're looking for a Measured Building Surveyor to join our team around Gatwick.
Someone who enjoys getting the detail right, turning real-world spaces into accurate data, and creating survey information that helps projects move from idea to reality.

What You'll Be Getting Stuck Into Exploring buildings of all shapes and sizes and capturing their every detail Carrying out accurate measured building surveys across commercial, residential and public sector projects Getting hands-on with modern surveying kit, including laser scanners, total stations and GNSS/GPS Turning raw survey data into clear, accurate deliverables including floor plans, elevations, sections and as-built drawings Checking, processing and refining survey information so clients receive data they can trust Working alongside clients, designers, project managers and the wider survey team Keeping safety, quality and accuracy at the heart of everything you do The Kind of Person We're Looking For You might be a great fit if you: Have experience as a Measured Building Surveyor Know your way around laser scanners, total stations and GNSS/GPS equipment Can transform survey data into accurate CAD drawings Have a sharp eye for detail (the kind that spots what others miss) Enjoy solving problems and finding practical solutions Take pride in producing work that is accurate, useful and built to last Hold a full UK driving licence The Good Stuff (Because Work Should Work Both Ways) We know great surveyors are hard to find, so we make sure our people are looked after.
