Job Introduction
Here at Lucion, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Utilities Surveyor to join our Land & Utilities team. This is a field-based role where your nearest local office is likely to be one of the following facilities: Coventry, Stroud, Gatwick or Bristol. We are looking to offer the successful candidate a basic salary of between £38,000 – £45,000 depending on experience.
More About The Role
- Carrying out Utility mapping / PAS128 surveys across a variety of industries and locations
- Identifying utility pipes and cables for verification, validation, and excavation
- Gathering data to produce mapping information of underground and overhead distribution and supply services
- Liaise with clients on site to determine survey requirements / best approach
- Clearance surveys for intrusive excavation works
More About You
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent knowledge and experience of underground utility tracing and GPR
- Experience working across a wide variety of environments and on complex surveys
- Working knowledge/understanding of PAS 128:2014 specification surveys
- Competent in the use of CAD Software
- Experience in using total stations and GPS equipment to collect site information
