How to prepare for a job interview at Lucion

Know Your Stuff

Before the interview, brush up on the basics of CCTV surveying and drainage systems. Familiarise yourself with the equipment mentioned in the job description, like push cameras and crawlers. Showing that you’ve done your homework will impress the interviewers and demonstrate your eagerness to learn.

Show Your Attitude

Lucion Survey is looking for the right attitude over experience. Be ready to discuss why you’re keen on a hands-on role and how you take pride in doing things right. Share examples from your past where you’ve shown reliability and attention to detail, even if they’re from different contexts.

Ask Smart Questions

Prepare some thoughtful questions about the training and development opportunities available. This shows that you’re genuinely interested in building a long-term career and not just looking for any job. Ask about the types of projects you might work on or how the team supports each other on site.

Be Professional and Calm

During the interview, maintain a calm and professional demeanour. This role involves working on live sites, so demonstrating that you can follow instructions and stay composed under pressure is key. Practice answering questions clearly and confidently to reflect this quality.
