We’re looking for an experienced Associate to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about unlocking land potential through responsible environmental risk management, remediation, and technical leadership – this is your next step.
This is a key role within our established geo-environmental team, where you’ll lead complex projects, guide clients through land risk challenges, and mentor consultants across exciting development and infrastructure schemes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing contaminated land and environmental risk projects from feasibility to validation
- Designing practical remediation strategies for development and regeneration sites
- Providing expert advice on soil, groundwater, and pollutant linkages
- Leading project delivery – on time, on budget, and with technical excellence
- Collaborating with developers, planners, and regulators to deliver successful outcomes
- Producing and reviewing high-quality reports (Phase I & II, remediation strategies, validation reports)
- Supporting bids, tenders, and business development opportunities
What You’ll Bring:
- 8+ years’ experience in geo-environmental or contaminated land consultancy
- Proven track record managing multiple land contamination and remediation projects
- Solid understanding of UK contaminated land regulation and development planning
- Strong client communication and team leadership skills
- BSc or MSc in Environmental Science, Geology, or related subject
- Chartered or working towards (e.g. CGeol, CEnv, CSci)
