That’s where Lucion Survey comes in. We’re looking for a Trainee CCTV Engineer who wants to build a long-term career in drainage surveying — not just pick up bad habits and tick boxes.
What You’ll Be Doing (AKA the Important Stuff)
- You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and gradually build the skills to deliver high-quality CCTV drainage surveys that clients can genuinely rely on.
- Assist with CCTV inspections of foul, surface, and combined drainage systems
- Set up and operate CCTV survey equipment (push cameras, crawlers, control units)
- Understand and apply defect coding to WRC / MSCC5 standards
- Capture clear footage and accurate survey data
- Help produce clear, structured reports
- Work safely and professionally on live sites
- Look after equipment, vehicles, and site standards
In short: learning how to do the job properly, not just quickly.
