At Lucion Infrastructure, we specialise in providing integrated survey services to the highways and utilities sectors. From asbestos and structural investigations to utilities and topographical surveys, our work supports major schemes across the UK. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Technical Director (Infrastructure) to help shape the next phase of that journey. This is a senior, client‑facing role focused on growth, leadership, and technical excellence — suited to someone who can build relationships, guide multidisciplinary teams, and bring clarity to complex infrastructure projects.

- Coordinate input from multiple Lucion business units to create integrated, multi‑disciplinary solutions.
- Provide consultancy services, adding interpretive insight to survey data and reports.
- Support the development of internal systems to improve efficiency and delivery.
- Mentor and develop team members across the business.
About You (Strategic, Technical, Relationship‑Focused)
- You understand that senior infrastructure roles are about more than delivery — they’re about leadership, trust, and long‑term value.
- Hold a construction‑related degree (or equivalent experience).
- Have significant experience in the construction or infrastructure sector at a senior level.
- Understand National Highways requirements and how large schemes operate.
- Be familiar with multiple survey disciplines and how they integrate on major projects.
- Have strong contractual awareness and commercial understanding.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Take a proactive, solutions‑focused approach to business growth and project delivery.

- Healthcare Cash Plan – help with everyday healthcare costs.
- Enhanced family leave.
- Option to buy extra holiday.
