Our Coventry office (remote working considered) is seeking an experienced CAD Technician with strong skills in transforming raw measured building and topographical survey data into accurate, high-quality technical drawings.
How You’ll Contribute
- Produce detailed and accurate measured building and topographical surveys in 2D & 3D
- Maintain a high level of precision across all CAD outputs
- Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues
- Work closely with onsite surveyors to ensure efficient, high-quality data collection
- Adapt to varied data types and processing methods
- Convert raw field data into clear, reliable CAD deliverables
- Support delivery across a wide range of survey projects
Knowledge and Skills
- Extensive experience with AutoCAD/BricsCAD
- Strong understanding of surveying data, CAD standards and drawing production
- Proven experience producing 2D measured building and topographical plans
- Background in measured building surveying (desirable)
- High attention to detail and measurement accuracy
- Familiarity with construction drawings and terminology
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team
