Overview
We have an exciting new role within Lucion Infrastructure for a Concrete Testing & Inspection Supervisor to lead a new service line to supplement our current highways infrastructure survey and inspection services. We are offering a competitive basic salary, and you will be based out of our Rotherham office.
Role responsibilities
The role is to develop a concrete testing capability to carry out on site testing of highways infrastructure assets serving our extensive client base in the highways sector. The role will be a split office based / site based role and responsibilities will include:
- Development of the required skill set within the infrastructure survey team.
- Acquisition and maintenance of all required equipment.
- Establishment of reporting formats and work with our inhouse IT team to integrate these into our online reporting system.
- Work with the Head of Infrastructure to develop the business line and introduce the service to existing and new clients.
- Preparation of technical proposals for clients and
- Overseeing of surveys / inspections and delivery of reports to clients.
The Ideal Candidate
The role is broad; the successful candidate will demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the requirements of the service line from a technical point of view and will be able to work with the head of infrastructure to build commercial proposals for clients. This is a good opportunity for an experienced lead surveyor to develop their career into a client focused, management position and help expand the current Lucion Infrastructure team.
