Our Geo-Environmental Division specialises in site investigation, land quality assessment and technical advice that turns uncertainty into informed decisions (and fewer surprises later on).

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver site investigations and environmental monitoring works
  • Lead field‑based elements of Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 assessments
  • Prepare and review clear, high‑quality factual and interpretive reports
  • Interpret laboratory data and build robust conceptual site models
  • Support project management—budgets, programmes and client communication
  • Liaise with contractors, laboratories and other suppliers
  • Assist with proposals, fee estimates and winning new work
  • Champion high standards of health and safety (always)
  • Help develop junior team members through hands‑on learning and support

About You

  • You’re technically capable, organised and curious.
  • You’re just as comfortable on site as you are writing reports, and you enjoy taking ownership of your work—while still being part of a team.

Qualifications

  • About 5 years’ experience in geotechnical or geo‑environmental consultancy
  • Experience delivering contaminated land and ground risk projects
  • Strong reporting and data interpretation skills
  • A practical, solutions‑focused mindset
  • An interest in mentoring and supporting others
