At Lucion Survey, we’re looking for a Topographical Site Engineer to support projects around Gatwick, delivering accurate surveys, setting‐out, and site engineering work that teams can rely on first time (and every time after that). We value people who care about accuracy, communicate clearly on site, and take genuine pride in doing things properly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out topographical surveys and site engineering / setting-out works
- Using total stations, GNSS, and associated survey equipment
- Providing accurate control, levels, and site data to construction teams
- Producing clear survey outputs and as-built information
- Working closely with site managers, contractors, and project teams
- Keeping safety, quality, and accuracy front and centre at all times
What We’re Hoping You’ll Bring
- Experience as a Topographical Site Engineer or Site Engineer with strong surveying skills
- Confidence using GPS/GNSS and total station equipment
- Solid understanding of setting-out and construction tolerances
- A sharp eye for detail (and the confidence to flag issues early)
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS card (essential)
