Lucion is looking for a Structural Technician to join our growing Infrastructure team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in structural investigations, pavement surveys or infrastructure inspections who enjoys practical site work and delivering accurate technical data that supports engineering decisions. Working across the UK, you'll carry out a variety of infrastructure surveys and investigations for highway authorities, contractors and engineering clients.

  • Highway infrastructure inspections
  • Structural investigations and condition assessments
  • Pavement surveys and testing
  • Trial pit surveys
  • Pavement and structural coring
  • Concrete investigations
  • Asbestos surveys within infrastructure environments
  • Accurate recording of site data and survey findings
  • Working safely on live infrastructure projects across the UK

About You

We’re looking for someone who has practical experience within infrastructure, highways or structural surveying. Ideally, you’ll have experience of:

  • Pavement and structural coring
  • Concrete investigations
  • Highway or infrastructure inspections
  • Hilti, Proceq or similar survey equipment

You’ll also be:

  • Methodical with excellent attention to detail
  • Safety focused
  • Comfortable working outdoors and travelling to sites
  • A reliable and collaborative team member
