At Lucion Survey, we’re looking for an experienced Measured Building Surveyor to join our team based around Redhill. If you enjoy precision, problem-solving and turning real-world spaces into accurate data that helps bring projects to life, this could be the role for you. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll work across a variety of buildings and projects, capturing the detail that designers, clients and project teams rely on. You’ll: * Carry out accurate measured building surveys across commercial, residential and public-sector projects * Use modern surveying equipment including laser scanners, total stations and GNSS/GPS * Capture buildings of all shapes, sizes and complexities * Process survey data into accurate floor plans, elevations, sections and as-built drawings * Check, refine and quality-assure survey information before it reaches the client * Work closely with clients, designers, project managers and the wider survey team * Help ensure safety, quality and accuracy are maintained on every project From initial site visit to final deliverable, you’ll play a key role in turning physical spaces into reliable information that projects can be built around. About You You’ll ideally have: * Experience working as a Measured Building Surveyor * Practical experience using laser scanners, total stations and GNSS/GPS equipment * The ability to turn survey data into accurate CAD drawings * A sharp eye for detail and a methodical approach to your work * Strong problem-solving skills and a practical mindset * Pride in producing accurate, useful and dependable deliverables * A full UK driving licence You’re someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of your work and understands that getting the detail right matters.
