One day you could be beside a drilling rig. The next, you might be logging samples in the office or helping turn site data into an engineering report. Your day-to-day could include: * 🦺 Supervising drilling rigs and trial pits * 🪨 Logging soil and rock samples * 🔎 Getting involved in in-situ testing * 📊 Collecting data for geotechnical and environmental assessments * 📝 Helping produce factual and interpretative reports * 🤝 Working with contractors, clients and colleagues across the business It’s a proper mix of boots-on-the-ground experience and technical engineering — because you need both. What Makes You a Good Fit? You don’t need to know everything. You’re a graduate, after all. What we really want is someone who is curious, practical and keen to learn. You’ll need: * A degree in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Earth Sciences or something similar * An interest in ground investigation and outdoor work * A willingness to travel and work in whatever weather the British skies throw at you * Good communication and teamwork skills * A full UK driving licence Bonus points for curiosity, resilience and not being emotionally attached to keeping your shoes clean.
