We’re looking for an experienced Acoustics professional to step into a senior leadership role and build, lead, and grow our Acoustics team. The Role (aka your new favourite challenge)
You will lead the delivery of acoustics projects big and small, and grow a team.
You’ll work closely with existing clients, whilst winning new work, and ensure all deliverables are technically robust and commercially sound.
In short: you’ll be the go-to expert for all things noise, vibration, and tranquillity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and leading Lucion’s Acoustics team
- Delivering acoustics projects on time, within budget, and to a high technical standard
- Producing and reviewing noise impact assessments and EIA chapters
- Providing clear, confident, and commercially aware advice to clients
- Managing projects, resources, and quality assurance processes
- Mentoring and developing team members
- Supporting business development and securing new opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- A relevant degree and Member of the Institute of Acoustics
- Approximately 8+ years’ experience in environmental acoustics (or similar)
- A proven track record of leading people and delivering projects
- Strong knowledge of UK noise legislation, standards, and best practice
- Excellent report writing and technical review skills
- Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused
- A collaborative individual who enjoys client interaction
- Full UK driving licence
