We are looking for an organised IT Asset Engineer to support the management of IT equipment and user setup across the business.
Responsibilities
- Set up laptops and phones for new starters
- Manage IT equipment for leavers
- Order and maintain stock of laptops, phones, and accessories
- Manage user permissions and access
- Carry out stock checks and maintain asset records
- Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting
Skills & Experience
- Experience in IT support or asset management
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience with IT ticketing or asset systems desirable
- Full UK driving licence required
Due to the nature of the role, successful candidates will be subject to a DBS check.
