We’re looking for an experienced Dual-Trained Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join our Hazardous Materials team covering the South West, with our office based in Cardiff.

The Role

  • Management, refurbishment & demolition surveys
  • Air monitoring and fibre counting
  • 4-stage clearances and contractor inspections
  • Capturing accurate site data using our NexGen reporting system
  • Working in line with HSG248, HSG264, and all relevant legislation
  • Providing professional advice and support to clients on site

About You

  • BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualifications (or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of HSG248 and HSG264
  • A full UK manual driving licence
  • A professional, reliable, and quality-focused approach
