We’re looking for an experienced Dual-Trained Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join our Hazardous Materials team covering the South West, with our office based in Cardiff.
The Role
- Management, refurbishment & demolition surveys
- Air monitoring and fibre counting
- 4-stage clearances and contractor inspections
- Capturing accurate site data using our NexGen reporting system
- Working in line with HSG248, HSG264, and all relevant legislation
- Providing professional advice and support to clients on site
About You
- BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualifications (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of HSG248 and HSG264
- A full UK manual driving licence
- A professional, reliable, and quality-focused approach
