At Lucion, we deliver high-quality asbestos surveys that clients can trust. We're looking for an experienced Senior Asbestos Surveyor to join our Hazardous Materials team, covering London and surrounding regions.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who values accuracy, professionalism, and doing things properly.
The Role
- Carrying out management, refurbishment & demolition asbestos surveys
- Conducting asbestos in the ground inspections
- Producing accurate, defensible reports using our NexGen system
- Working in line with HSG264 and current asbestos legislation
- Delivering professional advice and support to clients on site
- Maintaining QHSE standards and documentation
About You
- BOHS P402 (or equivalent qualification)
- Strong knowledge of HSG264
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Experience working independently across client sites
- A reliable, professional, and quality‑focused approach
