We’re on the hunt for a Temp Talent Partner to join our business and work closely alongside our Talent Team, taking ownership of recruiting Asbestos Surveyors and Analysts — niche, specialist roles that actually matter. Big time.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment for Asbestos Surveyor & Analyst roles
- Working collaboratively with the wider Talent Team to deliver hiring priorities
- Sourcing scarce talent like a pro (LinkedIn, networks, referrals, clever witchcraft — we’re open)
- Partnering with hiring managers who know their stuff and value your expertise
- Keeping candidates engaged, informed, and feeling genuinely cared about
- Moving fast, staying organised, and making a real impact in a short space of time
Set-up:
- Contract: 3 months (with a strong chance of extension if it’s a mutual love match)
- Start: ASAP
Requirements:
- Have experience as an in-house recruiter, talent partner or recruitment consultant
- Aren’t scared of technical, regulated, or hard-to-fill roles
- Can hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Love autonomy, ownership, and getting results
- Have recruited in construction, environmental, compliance, or similar sectors (bonus points, not essential)
