At Lucion Survey, we’re on the lookout for a Topographical Surveyor to join our team in Stroud. You’ll be working on a varied mix of projects — from development sites to infrastructure schemes — producing accurate, reliable topographical surveys that clients can genuinely build on. We value precision, pride in your work, and people who care about doing things properly (without taking themselves too seriously).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Carrying out topographical surveys using total stations, GNSS, and associated equipment
  • Capturing accurate site data and turning it into clear, usable survey outputs
  • Producing drawings and models to agreed specifications and standards
  • Working closely with project managers, engineers, and clients
  • Making sure quality, accuracy, and safety are never compromised
  • Occasionally mentoring junior team members and sharing best practice

What We’re Hoping You’ll Bring

  • Experience as a Topographical Surveyor
  • Confidence using GPS/GNSS and total station equipment
  • Strong attention to detail (you spot the things others miss)
  • Experience with survey software and CAD outputs
  • Full UK driving licence
  • CSCS card (preferred, but we can help if needed)
