Finding better ways of working by contributing ideas to improve finance processes and procedures. Working as part of the wider Finance Team, gaining insight into other areas of the function and developing your skills along the way.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in Credit Control, Debt Collection, Collections, Accounts Receivable or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to have professional conversations about outstanding payments.
  • A natural ability to build relationships and handle queries constructively.

  • Good working knowledge of Excel and finance systems.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach.
  • A willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine team-player mentality.
  • Most importantly, you'll be someone who wants to keep learning, enjoys working collaboratively and is keen to make an impact.
