Through our Hazardous Materials division, we provide critical inspection, testing, and advisory services to support the safe management of asbestos and other risks in built environments across the UK.
We are now looking for a Senior Asbestos Surveyors and Analysts to join our established team. This is a field-based role in the South East. You\'ll play a key part in delivering trusted asbestos monitoring services and safeguarding lives across a variety of sectors.
Main Responsibilities

  • Carry out air monitoring and fibre counting in line with HSG248
  • Oversee contractors\' remediation work and sign off removals as part of the 4-stage clearance process
  • Accurately record site data using NexGen software via company phablet
  • Ensure full compliance with asbestos legislation and Lucion QHSE procedures
  • Manage and maintain personal documentation and equipment
  • Communicate professionally with clients, providing advice and guidance as required
  • Liaise effectively with colleagues, project managers, and technical teams
The Ideal Candidate
  • BOHS P403 and P404 or equivalent RSPH qualifications (or Certificate of Competence)
  • In-depth knowledge of HSG248: The Analysts\' Guide
  • Full UK driving licence (manual)
  • Flexible with travel and occasional out-of-hours working
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently in the field
