You’ll be working on a varied mix of projects — from development sites to infrastructure schemes — producing accurate, reliable topographical surveys that clients can genuinely build on.We value precision, pride in your work, and people who care about doing things properly (without taking themselves too seriously).### **What You’ll Be Doing*** Carrying out **topographical surveys** using total stations, GNSS, and associated equipment* Capturing accurate site data and turning it into clear, usable survey outputs* Producing drawings and models to agreed specifications and standards* Working closely with project managers, engineers, and clients* Making sure quality, accuracy, and safety are never compromised* Occasionally mentoring junior team members and sharing best practice### **What We’re Hoping You’ll Bring*** Experience as a **Topographical Surveyor*** Confidence using **GPS/GNSS and total station** equipment* Strong attention to detail (you spot the things others miss)* Experience with survey software and CAD outputs* Full UK driving licence* CSCS card (preferred, but we can help if needed)### **The Perks (Because Details Matter Here Too)**We look after our people just as well as our projects.
