At Lucion Coventry, we’re looking for a Land Surveyor / Topographical Surveyor to join our growing team — helping map, measure, scan, and shape some of the UK’s most exciting projects.

If you know your way around a total station better than most people know their way around Coventry ring road, keep reading.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
  • Carrying out topographical and measured building surveys
  • Using the latest GNSS, total stations & laser scanning tech
  • Turning field data into accurate drawings and models
  • Working on projects across construction, infrastructure & development
  • Getting out on-site instead of staring at the same four office walls all week
  • Being part of a team that genuinely knows their stuff
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in land or topographical surveying
  • Confidence with AutoCAD, N4CE, LSS or similar software
  • Someone who enjoys solving problems and working independently
  • Full UK driving licence
  • A good eye for detail (the kind that spots a 5mm discrepancy from 50 metres away)

  • You’re tech-curious
  • You enjoy varied projects
  • You can explain surveying to non-surveyors without watching their eyes glaze over
