Asbestos surveying isn’t about racing around sites, ticking boxes and hoping for the best.
It’s about good judgement, sharp attention to detail and producing information that people can actually rely on.
At Lucion, our surveyors play a vital role in helping clients across London and the wider UK understand asbestos risk and manage it properly - protecting people, buildings and projects along the way.
We’re a purpose-driven, beyond-net-zero business working across 12 sectors worldwide.
But at site level, it’s simple: do good work, do it properly, and look after the people around you.
- What You’ll Be Doing (And Why It Matters)
- Carry out all disciplines of asbestos surveying and inspection, including Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys, as well as asbestos in the ground.
- Travel across London and the surrounding region, working on a variety of sites and projects.
- Collect accurate factual and numerical site data using a phablet device, producing high-quality reports through our award-winning Nex Gen system.
- Work in accordance with relevant asbestos legislation and guidance, including HSG264, HSE requirements and construction regulations.
- Keep your personal QHSE documentation up to date and follow our internal assurance processes.
- Deal professionally with clients on site, answering questions and providing clear advice and interpretation where required.
- Represent Lucion positively wherever you go - because how we work matters just as much as what we deliver.
- In short: accurate surveys, clear reporting, professional judgement and absolutely no shortcuts.
About You
